School Musical: Into the Woods Jr is recruiting for production crew members from Years 10 to 13. Roles include stage managers, stage runners, props head, wardrobe and dressers, and sound and lighting crew. Student-led activities in our Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) programme offer meaningful experiences for our learners. This week, we spotlight students with a passion for textile arts.
Embroidery Club: Students embraced their creativity as they learn to embroider pouches, cards, handkerchiefs, clothing, and more.
Cause Corps: Student leaders share their love of crochet, guiding others in creating toys, scarves and blankets to donate.

This week, students in Years 7,8 and 9 learned about the Effort Grade System. This system is designed to emphasise effort and growth mindset skills over academic grades, aligning with the IB Learner Profile attributes.
We encourage our parents to review the slides and the MYP Effort Levels and discuss your children's progress when the Overall Level of Achievement (OLA) grades are released later this year. We will also invite our Years 7-9 parents to a Q&A session at that time to help you better understand the MYP curriculum.

Football: U14 Boys
Our U14 boys showed outstanding energy and teamwork in a recent thrilling match.
After dominating possession, they led 2-1 before the opposition equalised late. With the final kick, one of our players smashed home the winner, sealing a dramatic victory.
The team displayed great sportsmanship and spirit throughout. Congratulations to the team!

Three students from our High Performance Student Athlete Programme (HPSAP) achieved outstanding sporting outcomes. Congratulations and well done on their passion and dedication.
Year 11 student Ila recently represented Hong Kong in youth gymnastics at the 15th National Games. Her ten-day journey was an enriching experience, offering a valuable opportunity to train and compete alongside the top ten provincial teams in China.
Year 11 student Gwyneth, representing Team 2 in the Hong Kong Women’s Ice Hockey League (HKWIHL), celebrated a strong finish with second place in the Summer League 2025.
Year 11 student Jennica proudly represented the Hong Kong U18 Girls Sevens as part of the Asia Rugby team during their tour in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia in China.
