Weekly Highlights
This week, we celebrated the Year 13 students as they are reaching the end of their school journey. From collecting their caps and gowns to dressing up in a vibrant show of collective spirit, it has been a week of reflection and joy.
A heartfelt thank you to the families who joined us for the graduation ceremony; your support means everything. We wish our graduates the very best of luck in their upcoming exams and every success with their university applications as they look toward the future.
Let’s celebrate the Class of 2026’s milestone in this photo album. More memories and photos will be published in the upcoming yearbook.
Our Year 11 students and families also gathered this Thursday evening to celebrate the successful conclusion of their Pre-16 journey. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on their achievements before they transition to Post-16 studies this August. As they now head into a crucial period of revision, we wish them the very best of luck with their upcoming (I)GCSE and BTEC Level 2 exams.
More photos are available in this photo album.

On Tuesday, the Year 10 GCSE Food and Nutrition class visited a local farm to observe food production firsthand, supporting a core component of their curriculum. By stepping out of the classroom, students gained a practical understanding of farming practices, seasonal sourcing and the environmental impact of modern food production.
Congratulations to our Year 12 students—Bella, David, Emily, and Joey—who participated in the Hong Kong InnoHealth Cup at HKU. They presented forward-thinking solutions to current healthcare challenges, showcasing both innovation and dedication. Excellent work.
On Monday, a group of students attended a University Assembly at Lingnan University featuring 2013 Nobel Laureate Professor Arieh Warshel.
Beyond his groundbreaking work in computational chemistry, the session offered invaluable insights into the scientific mindset. Students learned that a successful career requires more than brilliance; it demands humility, resilience and the courage to take risks. Professor Warshel’s journey served as a powerful reminder that open-mindedness and collaboration are just as critical as technical expertise in driving global innovation.
Well done to our Years 8 to 10 linguists who competed in the 14th Dictée de l’AFLE at the beginning of the term break. They joined a worldwide francophone tradition, showcasing incredible focus and a deep understanding of the French language. We can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks. Bravo à tous!
We are delighted to introduce our new cohort of CAS Ambassadors, who have demonstrated an excellent commitment to Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS). We look forward to seeing them guide their peers through new and exciting initiatives.
Following our previous episode, we continue the conversation with Class of 2018 alumnus Ryan Wan. Ryan shares the importance of exploring passions to define a career path, explains why students should take IAs (Internal Assessments) and EEs (Extended Essays) seriously, and tells his story of becoming an entrepreneur.
